A career sales executive, Steve brings nearly 30 years experience handling demanding, high-pressure client relationships. He’s spent nearly as much time in the marine space, as Steve brings extensive relationships with leaders in the boat and travel related industries.
When he’s not working, Steve is enjoying all the splendors Atlanta has to offer and spending time with his beautiful wife, Linda. Steve holds a BA from Brigham Young University.

Jeff Wernli, a veteran entertainment executive with a specialty in handling fledgling networks, is the Founder and CEO of AQUA Television Network.
Jeff’s extensive background includes expertise in the world of finance, having spent time as a fund manager and registered representative of the New York Stock exchange with Dean Witter, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase.
When Jeff isn’t launching a new cable venture, he’s on the docks launching his boat and spending time with his three daughters, Amber, Magen and Michann.
About Michael Stallings
V.P Advertising Sales
A seasoned media veteran with over 30 years of advertising experience.
Beginning in radio broadcasting Mr. Stallings operated as the Music Director for KTMS-FM Santa Barbara and as General Manager for KZOZ-FM San Louis Obispo.
In the early eighties Mr. Stallings became one of the pioneering cable television advertising sales performers with Cox Cable Santa Barbara winning numerous awards including the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Awards for National Sales, the CAB Cable Advertising Bureau's National Sales Awards, and the Discovery Channel Sales Awards.
After a successful ad sales career with Cox Communications Mr. Stallings founded Media West, a Santa Barbara based boutique advertising agency specializing in long form commercial programming placement successfully managing some of the leading innovative infomercials and representing a long list of independent shopping programmers. Media West was responsible for establishing over 75% of the distribution for Jewelry Television, the third largest shopping programming company behind QVC and Home Shopping Network. By maintaining key executive relationships among the Nation's leading Broadcast Stations, Cable MSOs and DBS providers Dish Network and DirecTV Mr. Stallings proved instrumental in negotiating and establishing carriage agreements for Media West clientele including Panda Television, ValueVision (ShopNBC), ShopUSA, Hollywood Treasures, Direct Shopping Network, Product Information Network, Dream Entertainment Television, Shop At Home, WizeBuysTV, and America's Collectibles Network (Jewelry Television).
Mr. Stallings in recent years and currently has operated his own consultancy, Max Media, assisting programming and advertising clients in all forms of media placement, trade and travel barter, and the establishment of rewards programs and merchant services with various affiliates.
Nadine will manage all traffic and programming schedules. Nadine will provide daily/weekly logs of all advertising showing how many times each spot has aired for billing purposes and provide the schedule of programs for uplink to the Main System Operators. The “Wide Orbit” system is used to track this information. Nadine will be working close with Programming and Sales to insure communication and placement of the proper ads in the proper programs. Nadine has experience with other networks performing these duties and exceeds at running smoothly under pressure.
About Michael Starobin
Michael Starobin is a nationally recognized television and digital development executive with an extensive background in program production, advertising, branded entertainment, digital production, program distribution and social media and content marketing. Michael has excelled in surmounting creative and economic production and distribution barriers through technological innovation and implementation.
Throughout his career Michael has been involved in all aspects of program development and delivery as an editor, producer, technical director, director, executive producer and corporate executive. Michael’s experience in advertising has included production and editorial for over one thousand television commercials featuring brands from automobiles, to cosmetics, package goods, food service, financial services, travel, beverages, public service, transportation, political, feature film and television promotion. Experience in program production has included prime time specials, syndicated series, sports series and specials for domestic and international broadcast, as well as cable distribution.
At Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia over a period of 12 years Michael served as Director of Post Production, VP-Post Production, and SVP-Television. Responsibilities included strategic planning, creation and management of yearly departmental budgets from seventeen to thirty-eight million dollars, leadership of staff of over 70 creative and technical professionals. Michael was responsible for the design, construction, systems integration, and staffing of multiple television studio facilities and sets totaling over 70,000 square feet. Michael was also responsible for the production, post production, domestic and international distribution of seven syndicated television series totaling over 2000 episodes, production of over 1500 syndicated radio programs, content distribution for the internet, DVD production and distribution, music production, licensing, rights & clearances.
Michael developed branded, integrated multimedia programs that included television series production, online, social media, mobile, print, and email. Michael’s focus included major non-endemic and endemic clients. Some of these clients included American Express, Nike, Sara Lee, DFS, Burton, Yamaha, Toyota, Travelocity, Hilton, Marriott, Gore-Tex, and Disney World.
Other significant deals included program development partnerships with Bonniers’s Popular Science brand and Discovery Networks and Food Network, Bonnier’s TransWorld action sports brands with MTV and Fuel TV, and Bonnier’s Caribbean Travel + Life and Florida Travel + Life brands Discovery Networks and Travel Channel.
Michael has been personally nominated for seven national Emmy’s while programs he has been involved with have been nominated for over fifty and won ten national Emmys.
